The Subject Of The Contract Includes Exercising Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Expansion Of The Port Quays In Dziwnów At The Bridge In The Formula Design And Build In The Specialty: A) Construction And Construction, B) Hydrotechnical Engineering, C) Installation In The Scope Of Networks, Installations And Electrical Equipment; D) Installation In The Field Sewer For The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And The Not Mentioned, And Necessary For The Correct Performance Of The Order. The Expansion Will Consist In Making The Mooring Quay, The Impact Of Part Of The Area Of ​​Sea Internal Waters, A Sealed Wall With A Cap And Equipment, And On The Construction Of The Slip. The Development Of The Adjacent Area Concerns The Reconstruction Of Existing Pedestrian Communication And The Construction Of Pedestrian And Circular Communication Routes Leading To The Waterfront Together With The Technical Square, Where A Container, Prefabricated Automatic Public Toilet Was Located. In The Part Belonging To The Investor, The Marina Will Be Illuminated, Equipped With Benches, Bicycle Racks And Garbage Bins And Equipped With Necessary Installations. The Supervision Will Consist In The Active Participation In The Implementation Of The Investment, Representing The Investor And Acting On His Behalf, Exercising Control Over The Activities Of The Contractor Of The Works, Preparing And Controlling The Construction Documentation, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Construction Law And Revolutions Of The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Basic Obligations Of The Investors Supervision Inspector Is Annex 1 To The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 8 To This Swz. The Rights Of The Investors Supervision Inspector Are Specified In The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418).
