1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Bdot500 And Gesut Databases For The 120807_2 Słaboszów Registration Unit, Ensuring The Creation Of Standard Cartographic Studies In Scales 1: 500 - 1: 5000.2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Ii Stages: Stage I - The Creation Of The Bdot500 Base, The Initial Gesut Base, And The Supply Of The Ewmapa System At The Employer - A Deadline For Up To 2 Months From Signing The Contract. Stage Ii - Creation Of The Gesut Poviat Database And The Power Supply Of The Ewmapa System At The Employer - A Deadline For Up To 6 Months After Signing The Contract. The Collection Of Works Will Be Preceded By Control Activities Performed By The Supervision Inspector. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With The Subject Of The Contract For Inspection, Before The Deadline For Performing The Work Of A Given Stage, Taking Into Account The Possible Maximum Number Of Inspection Iterations Provided For In The Tu. Control Activities Will Be Carried Out By The Supervision Inspector Within 10 Business Days Of The Provision Of The Documentation By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Have Up To 5 Business Days To Improve The Product And Provide Corrected Documentation To The Employer. 3. The Materials Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Issued After Signing The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Personally Receive Materials In The Analog Version, While In The Case Of Digital Data It Will Be Possible To Provide Them And Subsequent Replacement Using The File Transfer Protocol - The Contractor Ftp Server. In Addition, The Reception Of The Transferred Materials Will Always Be Recorded By The Contractor In The Workshop. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use The Materials Transferred By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In § 7 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of 18 August 2020 On The Technical Standards Of Geodetic Situational And Altitude Measurements As Well As The Development And Transfer Of The Results Of These Measurements To The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1670).
