The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New School Bus For The Needs Of The Organization Of Trips For Students Of The School And Preschool Team Ken In Bardo From The Branch In Przyłęk. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 6 To This Swz And The Planned Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex 2 To This Swz. The Schools School Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Legal Provisions In Force In The Republic Of Poland Specified In The Republic Of Poland Specified For Vehicles Intended For The Transport Of Passengers And Moving On Public Roads, In Particular, It Should Meet The Technical Conditions Resulting From Art. 2 Point 41A, And Art. 57 Para. 1 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502) And Other Executive Acts, As Well Vehicle Issued In Accordance With The Act Of 14 April 2023 On Vehicle Approval Systems And Their Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 919) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 2, 2023 On Vehicle -Type Approval (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1651) Of The Republic Of Poland And The European Union For A Minimum Of 20 People + Driver, As Well As Approval Certificates. The Issuer Allows Instead Of Providing A Bus Approval Certificate, Providing An Equivalent Document, Provided That This Document Will Replace The Approval Certificate And Confirmed The Fulfillment Of The Relevant Requirements And Technical Conditions For The Offered Vehicle. The Completed Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of The Legal Provisions In Force In The Commonwealth. Polish In Terms Of Admission. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With The Contracting Authority With The Necessary Documents Allowing The Vehicle To Traffic In Poland And Enabling Its Registration And Operation:- Vehicle Card (If Concerned),- Warranty Book,- Book Review Book,- User Manual In Polish,- Two Sets Of Keys,- Document Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Emission Standard, The Contractor For The Subject Orders Will Be Awarded: A Minimum Of 24 Months (According To The Offer) From The Date Of Transfer Of The Subject Of The Contract Based On The Delivery And Acceptance Report. Note. Additional Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, I.E. For The Paint Coating, As Well As Electrical And Electronic Components And Components, Mechanisms, Including The Driving System Without Kilometers With A Free Service In The Authorized Manufacturers Authorized Service In The Field Of School Bus Repair (Warranty Extension Period) Is Scored In Accordance With The Criteria For The Evaluation Of The Offers Specified In Chapter Xviii.
