    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery Along With The Implementation And Launch Of The Software And Hardware Infrastructure For The Janowiec Wielkopolski Commune Implemented As Part Of The Project Safe Commune Janowiec Wielkopolski - Strengthening Resistance To Digital Threats Implemented As Part Of The Cyber ​​-Secured Local Government Project. 2. Part I Of The Order- Delivery Along With The Implementation And Start Of The Software And Hardware Infrastructure. The Order Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In Annex 1A To Swz- Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Subcontracting: 3.1. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. 3.2. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Action Or Omission Of Persons Whom He Entrusted Or With The Help Of Whom He Performs The Work Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. 3.3. The Contractor Indicates In The Offer Part Of The Order, Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, As Well As The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 3.4. If The Change Or Resignation From The Subcontractor Applies To The Entity On Which The Resources The Contractor Referred, On The Principles Set Out In Art. 118 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Order To Demonstrate The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate To The Employer That Another Subcontractor Or The Contractor Himself Meets Them Himself To An Extent Not Less Than The Subcontractor, On Whose Resources The Contractor Referred To During The Contract Award Procedure.
