Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of The Away Environmental Activity Entitled Culinary Travel For Project Participants Actively Into The Future

The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Service Regarding The Increase In Social Activity Of The Participants Of The Project Entitled Actively Into The Future Consisting In Organizing And Conducting An Away Environmental Activity Entitled Culinary Journey For Project Participants (Unemployed, People With Disabilities, Young People During The Independence Period), As Part Of The Project Entitled Actively To The Future, Co -Financed By The European Union From Efs+ Under The Program: European Funds For Lubuskie 2021 - 2027. The Studies Will Be Conducted With 38 Project Participants (Unemployed, People With Disabilities With A Significant Or Moderate Degree Of Disability - About 20 People, Including: 3 People With Significant Restrictions On Movement (Moving In A Wheelchair) And Youth In The Period Of Independence - About 11 People, Including: 1 Underage). About 6 Carers Of People With Disabilities, 4 Minor Childrens Participants (Aged 3, 4, 4, 4 Years) And 2 People From Pcpr From The Contracting Authority Who Do Not Take Part In Workshops, But Benefit From Accommodation, Food And Attractions Provided For Project Participants. The Total Number Of People Participating In The Trip: 50 People, Including 4 Young Children (2 Mothers From 2 Children Aged 3 To 4 Years). The Commander Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Project Participants, If The Terms Of The Project Implementation Or The Number Of People Are Decreased For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority, But Not More Than 3 Participants. In This Case, The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration For The Actually Completed Service, In Accordance With The Rate For 1 Person, Which The Contractor Will Indicate In The Offer. The Applicant Reserves The Right To Increase The Number Of Project Participants, If The Terms Of The Project Or The Numbers Of Persons Are Reduced For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority, But Not More Than 3 Participants. In This Case, The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration For The Actual Service, According To The Rate For 1 Person, Which The Contractor Will Indicate In The Offer Of The Trip Organization: 3 -Day Trip (2 Nights) Weekend (Friday - Saturday - Sunday Or Saturday - Sunday - Monday) In The Time Period From October 17, 2025 To 27 October 2025. Workshops, Carers Of Disabled People, Children Participants And People Coordinating The Trip From The Employer. A Total Of 100 Persons In The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Provide: 1. Insurance Of The Participants Of The Trip From The First To The Last Day Of Staying From The Consequences Of The Unfortunate Accidents For The Time Of Travel And Stay, For An Amount Of Not Less Than 15 Thousand. Pln For Every Person Taking Part In The Trip. A Photocopy Of A Document Confirming The Conclusion Of The Insurance Contract Together With Confirmation Of The Payment Of The Premium, The Contractor Will Submit To The Employer No Later Than 2 Days Before The Departure; 2.
