    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Providing Services To The Full Nutrition Of Young People Staying In The Special Educational Center No. 1 Of Janusz Korczak In Kalisz, In The 2025-2026 School Year. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) The Number Of Pupils Covered By The Order: Approx. 30 People. 2) Estimated Estimated Number Of Meals Issued During The Contract: - 4680 Breakfasts, - 4680 Second Breakfasts, - 8,730 Lunch, - 4680 Afternoon Tea, - 4680 Dinners. In This: An Approximate Amount Of Daily Meals Spent 5 Days A Week Is: 30 All -Day Meals And 20 Dinners Only. 3. The Number Of Meals Will Depend On The Number Of Pupils And The Needs Of The Customer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order In Accordance With The List Provided By The Ordering Party. If The Number Of Meals Is Reduced, The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Contracting Authority. 4. The Contractor Will Prepare 5 Full Meals For Young People A Day, Taking Into Account The Basic Ingredients And High-Quality Foods, Used In Nutrition, In Accordance With The Reported Diet, Maintaining Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements In The Field Of Hygiene Of The Personal Personnel Of The Contractor, The Conditions For Preparing Meals And Serving Children And Will Comply With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 In The Case Of Groups Foods Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements To Be Met By Foods Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154). 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Swz And Attachments To Swz.
