The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of A Service Covering The Development Of Unsorted (Mixed) Municipal Waste With Code 20 03 01 From The Świętochłowice Commune In 2026 From Inhabited Real Estate And Real Estate, Which Partly Constitute Real Estate Where Residents Live, And In A Part Of The Property Where Residents Do Not Live, And Municipal Waste Is Created. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Development Of Unsorted (Mixed) Municipal Waste With Code 20 03 01 In An Estimated Amount Of About 7.600 Mg/Year. 3. Waste For Development Will Be Transmitted Successively In Amounts Depending On The Amount Of Waste Generated By Property Owners Located In The Świętochłowice Commune Covered By The Municipal Municipal Waste Management System. 4. Waste Management Includes Actions Indicated In Art. 3 Para. 1 Point 5 Lit. B) And C) And Art. 3 Para. 1 Point 21 Of The Waste Act (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 5. The Contractor Will Ensure, In Accordance With Art. 20 Of The Act On Waste And Other Legal Provisions And That The Places Of Recovery Or Disposal Of Waste Meet The Technological Criteria - The Best Available Technique Referred To In Art. 207 Of The Act Of 27 April 2001 - Environmental Protection Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended), Or The Technology Referred To In Art. 143 Of This Act And Other Relevant Provisions.
