    Work Detail

    Repair And Maintenance Services Of Central Heating - Operation, Maintenance And Depaning Of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning And Domestic Water Installations Of The “Sensitive” Sites Of The Departure Of Savoy. The Contract Relates To The Services Dexploitation, Maintenance And Troubleshooting Of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning And Domestic Water Installations, For The Sensitive Departmental Sites. To Date, 7 Sites Are Identified. Lobjective Is To Maintain, For These Establishments, Climatic Installations Including Heating, Chaude Sanitary Water (Dhw), Plumbing, Vmc, Air Conditioning And Lair Conditioned In Good Working Order, Namely: - Standardize Cvc Services On So -Called Sensitive Buildings Of The Departmental Heritage; - Maintain And Maintain These Installations In Good Working Order; - Reduce The Energy Bill Through Piloting Quality Facilities; - Provide Users With Buildings With Thermal Comfort As Described In Cctp And Intervention Responsiveness; - Ensure The Maintenance Of Temperatures And Levels Of Hygrometry In The Departmental Archives, The Savoisian Museum And The Cccd Necessary For The Good Conservation Of Works And Works; - Ensure The Maintenance Of Pressure Levels In The Veterinary Laboratory. Thus The Dexploitation Market Includes The Following Services: Under The P2 - Dexploitation -Maintation Services With Support And Conduct Of Actions Dexploitation And Maintenance Of Technical Installations, And Performance Monitoring For Sites, With Interest; Under The P3 - The “Large Interview / Renewal” Of The Installations, Corresponding To The Interventions, Preventive Or Healing, Necessary For The Maintenance In Time Of The Proper Functioning Of The Installations; Under The P5 - Work Services (F&P), Outside The Defined Perimeter Of The P3, Which May Concern Workcoming Work, Compliance, Repairs, Etc., On Quote And Without Exclusivity For The Holder
