    Security Software Package - Delivery And Providing Warranty Support For E -Mail Protection Systems. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of The Following Products: 1. E -Mail Protection System - Level 1 - 1, Which Meets The Following Minimum Requirements: The System Should Be Equipped With The Relevant Licenses And Rights For Use According To The Manufacturers Terms For A Minimum Of 25,000 Users. The System Should Be Provided As A Cloud Service. 2. E -Mail Protection System - Level 2 - 1 Piece Intended For A Minimum Of 25,000 Users. The Contractor Should Provide: - Technical Support And Valid Licenses Of The E -Mail Protection System - Level 1 For A Minimum Period Of 60 (Sixty) Months; - Maintenance Tych 24X7x365 Of The E -Mail Protection System - Level 2 For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months. The Minimum Implementation Requirements Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Annex No 1. ***, No Funding Is Provided At The Date Of The Decision To Open The Procedure. The Rules Of Art. 114 Of Ppa. In The Event That The Contracting Authority Does Not Receive The Necessary Funding, Each Party May Request That The Contract Terminates Without Notice. ***. 2. The Maintenance And Validity Period Of The Licenses Is In Accordance With The Proposed By The Participant In Its Offer, From The Date Of Delivery, Certified In The Acceptance And Delivery Protocol For Delivery Of The Software.
