    Parts Of Electricity Distribution Or Control Apparatus - Field Security Supplies For The 220/110 Kv Łośnice Power Stations. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Field Security For Se 220/110 Kv Łośnice. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Indicate Additional Separate Delivery Places In Poland. Details Were Included In Part Iv Swz - A Contract Template. 2. As Part Of The Option, It Is Planned To Train Employees Of The Employer For Each Type Of Security Terminal Delivered, To The Extent Specified In Part Ii Swz - Opz, Item 1.3. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is In Part Ii Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Purchaser Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 393 Para. 1 Point 4) Of The Act In Which The Share Of Products, Including The Software Used In The Equipment Of Telecommunications Networks From The Member States Of The European Union, The Countries With Which The European Union Concluded Contracts For Equal Treatment Of Entrepreneurs Or Countries To Which The Provisions Of Directive 2014/25/Eu Do Not Exceed 50%, Under The Councils Decision. 5. The Deadline For Performance Of The Contract: Not Longer Than 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, With The Proviso That The Detailed Delivery Times Were Determined By Indicating The Dates In Part Ii Swz - Opz Due To The Connection Of The Required Delivery Dates With The Assumed Schedule Of Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works, For The Purposes Of Which Deliveries Are Carried Out.
