    Expression of Interest are invited for Rebranding and Development of the Assembly Status. Submit Date: 18th September, 2025 Tender Cat: Consultancy Services Description: 1. The Contracts expected to be awarded and completed are stated in the tables above under this IFT. 2. This IFT follows Notices/Bulletins for these projects that appeared in Ghanaian Times and Public Procurement Authority (PPA) website www.ppaghana.org, all dated Wednesday, 3rd September, 2025. The Tema Metropolitan Assembly now invites sealed Tenders (Tenders) from eligible and qualified entities or persons (Tenderers) to provide the Goods, works and Services referenced above. . 3. More details on the requirements are provided in the Bills of Quantities, Specifications, terms of references, Performance Requirements and Drawings included in the Tender Documents accompanying this IFT. 4. This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant Tender Documents. Qualification requirements are as described in Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria. 5. A Consultant/ Contractor / Service Provider will be selected under a competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 Amended as Act 914, 2016. 6. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender, the under listed statutory requirements. Valid Business Registration Certificate (for all A & B) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. (for all A & B) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
