    Tenders are invited for Construction of Livestock Infrastructure for the Agropolis of Ngaoundere Bovine Meat Production, In Two (02) Lots The File can be obtained at the headquarters of the Agropoles Program Coordination Unit located in the Mimboman Sapeur district, upon publication of this notice, against payment of a non-refundable sum of Sixty-five thousand (65,000) CFA Francs payable to the Public Treasury, representing the acquisition costs of the DAO. The documents constituting the offer will be divided into three volumes below, placed in a simple envelope including: Envelope A containing the Administrative Documents ( Volume 1) Envelope B containing the Technical Offer (Volume 2) Envelope C containing the Financial Offer (Volume 3). All the constituent parts of the offers (Envelopes A, B and C) will be placed in a large sealed outer envelope bearing only the mention of the Call for Tenders in question. The different parts of each offer will be numbered in the order of the DAO and separated by dividers of the same color. Each bidder must attach to its administrative documents a bid bond established by a first-rate bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 10 of the DAO. The amount of the bond is One million one hundred thousand (1,100,000) CFA Francs for each lot. This provisional deposit will be valid for thirty (30) days beyond the validity date of the offers.
