    Tenders are invited for Construction of Chps Compound at Tema New Town within Tema Metropolis Closing Date: 18th September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: LOT 2 Description: Construction of CHPS Compound at Tema New Town within Tema Metropolis Tender Security: GHS 33,750.00 Duration; 4 MONTHS Additional Information: The Tema Metropolitan Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers (individual or Firms) for the procurement of consulting Services, works and Goods as indicated in the tables A& B above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 663, 2003 and Amended as Act 914, 2016.
