Medical Expert Will Provide The Following Specialized Technical Services: Perform Medical Expertise On Active Municipal Civil Servants, To Evaluate: Medical Certificates Presented To Remove Work; Medical Licenses Due To Illness; Occupational Accidents Or Occupational Diseases; Functional Readaptation Processes; Issue Grounded Technical-Expert Opinion, Registering Conclusions On The Work Capacity Of The Server And The Necessary Time To Remove Or Treatment To Assess The Compatibility Of The Functions Of The Server With Their Health Status, Recommending Readaptation, Rehabilitation Or Restrictions, When Necessary; Monitor And Revise Cases Of Prolonged Removal, Performing Periodic Expertise According To Municipal Regulations; Give Technical Support To The Areas Of Human Resources And Personnel Management Of The City, Guiding Regarding Administrative Decisions Related To The Occupational Health Of The Servers; Participate In Official Medical Joints, When Necessary, In Processes Involving Divergences Of Reports, Resources Or Special Situations; Prepare Statistical And Informative Reports On The Expert Care Performed, Contributing To The Planning And Health Management Of The Public Servant; Maintain Medical Secrecy And Comply With The Code Of Medical Ethics, Ensuring The Confidentiality Of Server Health Information; Exercise Other Related Activities Of A Medical-Expert Nature, Determined By The Municipal Administration, Within The Legal And Ethical Limits Of The Medical Profession.
