    Development Of The Project Standards Of Permissible Emissions Description Of The Services Performed: 1. A Potential Service Executor Needs To Develop A Package Of Permits For The Current Boiler Room: • Project Standards Of Maximum Permissible Emissions Of Pollutants Into The Atmosphere (Ndv Project) • Waste Management Program • Program Of Production Environmental Control, • Environmental Plan 2. It Is Necessary To Carry Out The Screening Of The Planned Activities, Because It Is Planned To Increase The Volume Of Fuel On The Baskuat Boiler Room. Requirements For A Potential Contractor: 1. Quality And Terms: The Supplier Is Obliged To Fulfill The Services Efficiently And On Time, In A Volume That Fully Satisfies The Requirements Of The Customer. If There Are Comments On The Documentation Developed By The State Body, The Contractor Must Eliminate The Comments On Time, Until Full Adoption. Communication On Issues Of Obtaining A Package Of Permits Is Carried Out By The Customer With The State Body. 2. Organization Of Works: Organization Of Personnel Delivery, Accommodation And Meals For The Duration Of The Service Is Carried Out By The Contractor At Its Own Funds. When Performing Work At The Facility, The Presence Of Unauthorized Persons Is Not Allowed, Except For The Driver And Accompanying Personnel For The Examination. 3. Conditions For The Performance Of Work: • Full Support Of The Customer With A Potential Executor With The Possibility Of Obtaining Consultation And The Latest Relevant Information • The Mandatory Availability Of A Potential Executor Of The State License For Environmental Design And Rationing • The Presence Of Qualified Personnel For The Provision Of Services • Responsibility For Collecting Information, Execution, Preparation Of Documentation, Calculations, Communication With A Competent Authority, Correct Loading And Providing The Electronic Portal For The Relevant Information In The Deadlines Provided By Law By The Potential Contractor.
