    Credit Granting Services - Long -Term Loan. 3.3. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Pn Service: Taking Out A Long -Term Loan, Which Will Be Allocated To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit And Covering The Obligations Planned For The Budget. 3.4. Loan Up To Pln 4,000,000.00 (In Words: Four Million Zlotys) In The Polish Currency (Pln). All Settlements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Will Be Paid In The Polish Currency (Pln). 3.5. Common Dictionary Of Order Cpv: 66110000-4 Banking Services, 66113000-5 Loan Services. 3.6. Loan Period: Until 31/12/2039. 3.7. Capital Repayment Period 141 Months (From 31.03.2028 To 31/12/2039). A Grace Period Is Required In The Paying Of Capital By 30/03/2029. The Capital Repayment Schedule Is Required - In Quarterly Installments Paid To The Last Day Of The Month Ending The Quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31). 3.8. Repayment Period Of 168 Months (From 31.12.2025 To December 31, 20139). The Interest Repayment Schedule Is Required - In Quarterly Installments Paid To The Last Day Of The Month Ending The Quarter. 3.9. Putting The Loan At The Disposal Of The Contracting Authority Will Take Place In Two Tranches From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Amount Of Individual Loan Tranches And The Exact Date Of Launch Will Be Indicated By The Contracting Authority In Writing As Payment Needs Arise, With: 3.10. And The Tranche Up To Pln 1,500,000.00 In Words: One Million Five Hundred Thousand Zlotys To November 30, 2025, 3.11. Ii Tranche Up To Pln 2,500,000.00 In Words: Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Zlotys To December 22, 2025. 3.12. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
