    Tenders are invited for Construction Works - Lot I: Construction Of Aledo-Owu Street, Agbowa / Lot II: Construction Of Adegbona Street, Ketu Epe. Evidence of certificate of incorporation with the CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION (C.A.C) -Companys profile -Three (3) years tax clearance certificate -Evidence of payment of VAT -Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency -Evidence of three (3) years audited accounts of the company (2022, 2023, 2024). -Evidence of financial capability to handle the job and bank support -Evidence of verifiable relevant experience in executing a similar project, giving scope, location, value and schedule. Interested companies are to collect and submit the standard bidding document [SBD] from the procurement unit, Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area Headquarters, Ita-Merin, Agbowa, Lagos payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N20,000, should be paid into Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area revenue account on or before 12:00pm 2nd October, 2025.
