The Regional District Of North Okanagan (Rdno) Oversees The Operation Of The Armstrong/Spallumcheen Diversion And Disposal Facility (Asddf). An Upgraded Eight (8) Bay Residential Transfer Station Is Currently Under Construction To Replace The Former Four (4) Bay Transfer Station At The Facility. Completion Of The New Armstrong/Spallumcheen Residential Transfer Station (Asrts) Is Expected In November 2025. Forty (40) Cubic Yard Roll Off Bins Will Be Provided At The Asrts For Garbage, Wood Waste And Scrap Metal.The Roll Off Bins Currently In Service At The Asddf Are Nearing The End Of Their Service Life And Additional Bins Are Required To Enable The Efficient Transfer Of Material From The Asrts To The Greater Vernon Recycling And Disposal Facility. The Rdno Wishes To Acquire Up To Ten (10) New Forty (40) Yard Roll Off Bins In 2025 And Is Seeking Quotations From Qualified Suppliers To Supply These Bins. Suppliers Are Asked To Provide Quotations For Both Lidded And Open Bins. The Rdno Will Determine How Many Lidded And How Many Open Bins Will Be Purchased Prior To Issuing A Purchase Order. The Rdno Has A Fixed Budget For This Procurement And May Decrease The Number Of Bins Purchased To Comply With Budget Limitations.
