    Sandnes Municipality Plans To Build 2 Detached Houses For The Disadvantaged. These Will House Homeless People In Sandnes Municipality. These Homes Are Part Of The Municipalitys Housing Social Action Plan With The Goal That Everyone Should Live Safely And Well In Their Own Home. It Has Been Appropriate That These Homes Should Be Included In Ordinary Living Areas, Where A Social Affiliation Can Be Created By The Residents Who Contribute To A Sense Of Normality That Can Make The Way Forward A Little Easier. On The Site There Are Today Four Small Houses As Well As A Detached House. The Detached House Will Be Demolished As Part Of The Project, And Two New Detached Houses Will Be Built With Stubborn Housing With Robust Design, Adapted To People With Residential Social Needs. Slate Pans And Windows Shall Be Removed And Transported To The Municipalitys Operating Station For Further Use. The Two New Detached Houses Will Be Incorporated Into Existing Buildings To Create A Comprehensive And Functional Housing Structure. Todays Robust Housing Is Modular Buildings With Adjustments Mounted On The Ring Wall. The Homes Can Be Delivered As A Modular Building Or Urban Village. The Project Will Be Carried Out As The Developer -Developed Total Contract In Accordance With. Ns 8407. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is Approx. Nok 5 Million Excl. Vat.
