    Work Detail

    The Purpose And Content Of The Procurement: The Client Needs To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For Plumbing Services Carried Out On The Municipalitys Properties. The Framework Agreement Includes Plumbing Services To Be Used Both On The Maintenance And Investment Budget. The Acquisition Includes, Among Other Things, The Following Benefits: • Maintenance And Incidental Work • Planned Maintenance Jobs And Projects Of Variable Sizes • Acute Repairs • Newbuilding However, It Will Also Follow The Delivery Of Some Material, As In Many Cases It Will Be Appropriate For The Supplier To Carry The Material That Is Necessary Related To The Execution Of The Assignment In Question. Although The Acquisition Includes Some Material, It Is Emphasized That This Agreement Does Not Provide Any Exclusivity On The Delivery Of Such Material, And That The Client Is Otherwise Not Obliged To Buy Material From The Supplier. The Client Is Thus Free To Buy Material From Our Other Framework Agreements And Still Use The Contract Supplier For Work To Be Carried Out Without Surcharge In The Agreed Prices For Work. For Further Information On The Content Of The Procurement, See Part Ii Appendix 1 Requirements Specification. Contract Type And Scope: Estimated Annual Scope Amounts To About 1 Mnok Excl. Vat, But The Agreement Will Be Valid For A Total Of 8 Mnok Excl. Vat. Over The Life Of The Agreement. Estimated Scope Is Based On Previous Withdrawals And Expected Future Needs, And Is Not Binding On The Client. The Client Is Not Obliged To Buy Any Particular Amount Of Services During The Framework Agreement Period. A Framework Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One Supplier. Agreement Period: The Framework Agreement (S) Shall Be Entered Into With 1 Year Duration, With An Option For The Customer On Extension 1 +1 + 1 Year, A Total Of 4 Years. The Agreement (S) Will Apply From October 1 Or The Time Of Contract Signing If This Happens Later.
