Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of Measurement Of Security State

The Ministries Currently Have Different Ict Platforms To Provide Digital Services. It Has Been Decided To Establish A Common Ict Platform, Hereafter Called A New Solution, And Phase Out The Four Existing Unrested Platforms (Dss, The Ministry Of Justice And Emergency Management, The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs And The Ministry Of Defense). A New Solution Will Be Delivered To The Customers That It Has Been Decided At All Times That Dio Will Provide Services To. Todays Ict Platforms Handle Together Approx. 7000 Users, Of Which Approx. 1800 Users Are Approx. 100 Foreign Stations Internationally. Much Of The Application Portfolio Is Based On Standard Tools, Such As Ms Sharepoint, Ms Exchange, Ms Office, Case Archives (P360 And Websak), Etc., But There Are Also Some Heavier Department -Specific Applications. More Than 300 Applications Have Been Identified, Of Which The Order Of Magnitude A Quarter Includes A Central Server Component. Operation And Maintenance Of Todays Ict Platforms Is Largely Internal, But In The Last Couple Of Years Parts Of The Applications And Platform Have Moved To General Cloud Services. The Establishment And Introduction Of A New Solution Will Take Place Gradually And Is Assumed To Continue Over A Transition Period Of 2-3 Years Before Existing Platforms Are Phased Out. A New Solution Will Be Based On A Hybrid Solution Design That Can Offer Both A Dedicated/Private Infrastructure Services And From Public/General Cloud Services. A New Solution Should Be Able To Offer Services That Meet Requirements For Shielded Unrestrated Information Systems And Other Unrested Information Systems. Dio Wants To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier To Carry Out A Zero Point Measurement, And The Possibility Of Subsequent Measurements Of The Security State. The Measurement Shall Be Based On A Reputable Method And A Standardized Framework. The Use Of A Framework Provides The Possibility Of Comparable Results Across Periods Of Measurement So That The Maturity Of Safety Measures Can Be Evaluated Over Time. The Measurements And Recommended Measures Should Be Used For Dios Work On Continuous Improvement.
