With This Tender, The Client Aims To Contract An Expert And Reliable Accountant Who Carries Out The Audit Of The Annual Accounts And Is Ultimately Responsible For This. The Auditor Provides An Independent And Objective Check In Which Accuracy, Completeness, Faithfulness And Legality Of The Reporting Are Guaranteed. In Addition To Experience With (Semi) Public Organizations, The Accountant Is Expected To Operate Within The Applicable Laws And Regulations, Taking Into Account The Specific Compliance Requirements And The Desired Flexibility Of The Client. A Proactive Attitude Is Also Requested, In Which The Accountant Acts As A Sparring Partner And Adviser And Actively Contributes To Strengthening Internal Control And Financial Processes, With An Eye For Possible Developments In Legislation And Organization. The Client Has Estimated The (Financial) Size Of The Assignment Based On A Benchmark. Since There Is Currently No Agreement With An Accountancy Firm, The Following Information Concerns An Estimate From The Client. • Average Order Value On An Annual Basis: Approx. € 40,000 To € 50,000 Excluding Vat. • Total Fixed Duration (48 Months): Approximately € 170,000 To 212,000 Excluding Vat. This Takes Into Account A Possible Annual Indexation Of The Rates Of An Average Of 4%. • Total Including Optional Extension (Maximum 48 Months): Approximately € 369,000 To 461,000 Excluding Vat.
