    Repair And Maintenance Services Of Medical And Precision Equipment - Overtime Subscription Service With Reserve Parts Of Medical Linear Accelerator Included. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Activities For Complete After -Sales Subscription Service For Halcyon Bold Medical Linear Accelerator, Varian Brand, With Full Capacity For Radiation. Post -Warranty Service Includes: 1. Prevention Of Each Component Of The Apparatus Within The Contract - 36 / Thirty -Six / Months - Every 4 / Four / Months; 2. Diagnosis Of Each Component Of The Equipment Within The Term Of The Contract - 36 / Thirty -Six / Months; 3. Removal Of Damage Occurrence And Carrying Out The Necessary Repairs / Current And Major Repairs / Of The Linear Accelerator (Equipment) In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Regulatory Framework For Working With Sources Of Ionizing Radiation; 4. Updating The Software And The Necessary Licenses Of The Accelerator And The Planning System; 5. Provision Of New, Original Spare Parts For The Equipment Including Unique Spare Parts. The Spare Parts Delivered Should Be Original, New And Unused And Technically Compatible With The Equipment. 6. In The Event That During The Contract, Individual Parts Of The Apparatus Or Their Resource Shall Be Exhausted To Perform The Following Activities: Dismantling The Available Part; Exporting The Dismantled Part Outside The Premises Of The Contracting Authority; Return Of The Dismantled Part Of The Manufacturer; Delivery Of A New And Unused Part; Installation And Adjustment Of The Newcomer; The Commissioning Of The Equipment. The Technical Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Are Detailed In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1.
