The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase Of Mri And The Creation Of A Magnetic Resonance Imaging Laboratory As Part Of The Project Development And Implementation Of Specialized Diagnosis And Treatment Of Mental Disorders , Co-Financed By The European Union From Esf Plus Under The Fers 2021-2027 Program. Swz. The Subjective Order Is Part Of The Project Development And Implementation Of Specialized Diagnosis And Treatment Of Mental Disorders And Is Implemented In Co-Financing Of The European Union From Esf Plus Under The Fers 2021-2027. Use, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, The Highest Quality And Will Have At Least 24 M Of Warranty Period From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Grant At Least 36 M Of Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works/Adaptation Works As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Field Of Container Building, In Accordance With Annex No. 2A To Swz, From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Submission Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made On The Basis Of 2 Protocols-The Fulfillment Of All Obligations Arising From § 1 And § 2 Of The Contract, Namely: The First Protocol In The Scope Of The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract+Construction Works In The Scope Of The Container, The Second Report In The Field Of Training Of The Contracting Authoritys Personnel Within The Time Limit Agreed By The Parties Agreed By The Parties Agreed By The Parties (Nr 3 To Swz). The Offered Mri Device Should Meet The Conditions For Marketing And Application In The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 April 2022 On Medical Devices (I.E. Swz, I.E. Such, Which Guarantee The Preservation Of The Same Standards, Parameters And Standards), If The Opz Shows That The Subject Of The Ordered By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes Products Or Delivery, Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If It Could Lead To Privilege Article 101 (4) Of The Public Procurement Law.
