Option Law: 1) Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, The Employer Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options. 2) The Subject Of The Optional Order Is A Collection Service Of Up To 238,000 Kg Of Waste. The Option Of The Option Is The Entitlement Of The Ordering Party, From Which He May, But Does Not Have To Benefit As Part Of The Contract. 3) The Purchaser Reserves That The Services Covered By The Right Options Must Be Carried Out On The Conditions Specified For The Basic Order. Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Draft Contract, The Employer Requires That The Value Of The Unit Price For The Collection Of 1 Kg Of Waste Should Be The Same In Relation To The Basic Order And Orders Awarded Under The Law. 4) Each Time The Condition For Launching The Right Of The Option Is A Declaration Of Will Of The Contracting Authority To Perform The Contract Under The Law Of Options Specifying The Scope Of The Contract Awarded Under The Law.
