As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver To The Employer For Remuneration (Delivery) Electrical Materials - Specialist Light Sources Approved For Marketing On The Intra -Community Market (Ce). 1.2. A Detailed Scope, Type, Parameters And The Number Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 1 To The Specification. 2. Delivery Conditions. 2.1. The Contractor On The Orders Of The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Sell And Provide Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract Successively During The Contract, In Parties (Maximum In 30 Parts), Within 21 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Order By The Contracting Authority. 2.2. The Quantity And Type Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Will Be Sold And Delivered In One Party, Depends On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And Will Be Specified In The Order Referred To In Point 2.1. 2.3. The Contracting Authority Will Submit Orders By The Contractor By E -Mail. 2.4. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party By Phone Or E -Mail About The Preparation Of The Commissioned Delivery, No Later Than One Business Day Before The Delivery Date. 2.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense And On Its Own. 2.6. Along With The Unit Deliveries Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Provide: 1) Ce Certificate, 2) Proof Of Issuing The Product Outside (Wz) Or Vat Invoice. Detailed Information On The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 1 To The Specification Of Detailed Type, Parameters And The Number Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract /Contract, While The Principles Of Its Implementation In The Template Of The Contract Constituting Annex 10 To The Specification.
