The Insurance Corporation Of British Columbia (Icbc) Hereby Gives Notice That It Intends To Direct Award The Following Contracts To Oracle Canada Ulc, Located At East Tower, Suite 800, 3250 Bloor St West, Toronto, On M8x 2X9, For The Provision The Following Services: • Oracle X11 Licensing – To Rent/Lease Two Oracle X11 Exadata Appliances For Four Years • Oracle Universal Credit Licensing – To Operate Oracle Database Software On The X11 Appliances For Four Years • Oracle Professional Services – To Migrate Approximately 100 Databases From The Existing X8 Appliances To The New X11 Appliances. Vendors Wishing To Object To This Decision Should Send An Email To Strategic Sourcing By September 22 2025 At 12:00 Noon Pt, Citing “Noi 6209 Oracle Licensing And Services” In The Subject Line And Providing Specific Reasons For Their Objection. Vendor Qualifications, Compliance With B.C. Laws, And The Ability To Offer Equivalent Or Compatible Products And Services For Icbc’S Oracle Environments At A Lower Cost Will Be Key Criteria In Evaluating Objections.
