The Hanseatic City Of Herford Intends To Redesign An Approximately 400 M Long Inner -City Street Axis - The So -Called Marta Axis - In Terms Of Urban Planning. This Axis Runs From The Immediate Vicinity Of The Marta Museum To The City Center (Town Hall) And Comprises Arndtstraße And Schillerstrasse. Both Roads Should Be Fundamentally Renewed And Comprehensively Redesigned In The Course Of This. The Specialist Planning Services Requested In This Procurement Procedure Concern The Service Phases 1 To 8 Of The Object Planning. The Assignment Is Gradually Carried Out. In Addition To The Basic Services, Special And Additional Services Must Also Be Provided (Including The Local Construction Supervision). The Service Phases 1 To 4 As Well As Some Special Services And Additional Services Are Directly Commissioned With A Surcharge. The Commission Is Made In Max. Four Ordering Levels. According To The Contractual Regulations And For The Basic Services, The Fee Is Agreed In Addition To The Currently Applicable Version 2021 As Well As According To The Fee Parameters Based On The Fee Regulations For Architects And Engineers (Hoai).
