    1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Renovation Of Municipal Road No. 105536E In Małszyce In The Łowicz Commune. 2. The Task Includes The Renovation Of The Road In Małszyce On A Section With A Length Of 348.00 M The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular The Performance Of The Following Works: 1) Measuring Works (Geodetic Service), 2) Milling Of The Surface (Milling Material Is The Property Of The Contractor), 3) Cleaning And Sprinkling Asphalt Emulsion Of The Road Surface, 4) Execution Of A Layer Binding From The Mineral And Business Mass With Gr. 3 Cm, 5) Making The Abrasive Layer Made Of Mineral And Business Mass With A Thickness Of 3 Cm, 6) Making Roadbug From Broken Aggregate, 7) Finishing Works3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Attachments To Swz: 3.1. Annex 10 To Swz - Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter: Stwiorb), With The Proviso That In A Situation Where The Provisions Of The Contract Specify The Manner Of Conducting Works Or Acceptance Or Settlement Of Works In A Manner Different From Stwiorb, The Provisions Of The Contract Are Binding. Annex 11 To Swz - Offer Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary) 3.3. Annex 1 To Swz - Design Documentation4. Warranty: 4.1. The Length Of The Quality Guarantee Period For Completed Construction Works And The Supplied And Built -In Materials Is Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol And Is A Criterion For Assessing Offers. 4.2. The Contracting Authority Defines It For A Period In The Range From 36 Months (Minimum Date) To 60 Months (Maximum Date). 4.3. The Contractor Is Liable Under The Warranty For Physical Defects On The Principles Set Out In § 11 Of The Draft Contract - Annex 5 To The Contract.
