Tenders Are Invited For Road Works Related To The Ongoing Maintenance And Renovation Of Streets With The Bituminous Surface Of The Municipal Category Roads Being In The Board Of The Capital City Of Warsaw District Of Targówek.

3 Maintenance Of Objects And Their Elements In Current Technical Efficiency And Performing Ad Hoc Failures In The Event Of Their Occurrence, To The Extent In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting The Attachment No. 5 To Swz. 2. Subject Of The Contract, In Particular A Description Of Construction Works And The Requirements For Them, Describe: 1) Issues Of Works Constituting Annex 6 To Swz. The Values ​​Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate Developed By A Simplified Method; 2) Criteria For The Equivalence Of The Materials Used Constituting Annex 8 Swz; 3) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Receipt Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Constituting Annex 7 To Swz; 4) Designed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Justification: The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts: A) The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Construction, Maintenance And Renovation Of A Complete Building Of Land Engineering (Asphalt Street, Bicycle Road), Which Means The Result Of All Construction Works In The Field Of Land Engineering, Which May Spontaneously Fulfill The Economic Or Technical Function. In Connection With The Above, Only The Subject Of The Contract Made In The Scope Described Above Will Be Complete And Will Fulfill The Spontaneous Technical Function. B) Division Of The Contract Into Parts Does Not Guarantee The Proper Performance Of Construction Works, Because The Performance Of Each Part Separately Requires Interference In Other Parts And Elements Of The Order Completed Or Suspending The Performance Of A Given Part Of The Contract To Perform Another Part Of The Contract, Which Will Lead To Unjustified And Non Technological Breaks When Performing The Subject Of The Order. The Execution Of Works By Various Contractors In The Same Place Would Also Lead To The Inability To Determine The Contractor Responsible For The Works Performed (E.G. Density Of Native Soil Or Density Of The Structural Layers Of The Road), Which In The Event Of Defects In The Event Of Defects Would Prevent You From Indicating A Company Obliged To Remove Them. Works, And As A Consequence Could Pose A Threat To The Safety And Health Of Street Users, In Particular To Pedestrians. 5. The Purchaser Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Personally Perform By The Contractor Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Employer Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Section Iii Of Swz And In The Attachments Indicated In Point 2 Above.
