1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of The Surface Of Poviat Road No. 5157 E On Gałczyńskiego Street In Zgierz: The Starting Point Of The Road Covered By The Renovation: 0+030 - 1+000, Total Length Of 970 M, Along With The Vertical Adjustment Of The Wells For Underground Devices, Repair Of An Induction Loop Of Light Signaling In The Street And Marking Horizontal As Part Of The Task, Renewal Of The Pavement On Poviat Road No. 5157 E Gałczyńskiego St. In Zgierz 4. Detailed Guidelines Regarding The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In The Following Studies: 1) Draft Contract - Annex 4 To Swz; 2) Technical Documentation - Annex 5 To Swz; 5. The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Part Of The Project Documentation - Annex 5 To Swz - Is Auxiliary. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Works With The Documentation Of This Swz. Due To The Fact That The Contract For Construction Works Will Be A Flat -Rate Agreement In The Event Of A Greater Amount Of Works During The Works In Any Predecessor Position, It Will Not Be Able To Be Considered Additional Works With The Request Of Additional Remuneration.
