Reconstruction Of Rooms No. 117, 118, 119 And 411 At The Faculty Of Production Engineering And Materials Technology Detailed Scope Of The Task: Reconstruction Of Rooms No. 117, 118, 119 And 411 At The Faculty Of Production Engineering And Material Technology Was Described In The Documentation Including: Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Project Documentation, Technical Specifications Of Performance And Acceptance Of Works, Swz. 1. Warranty And Warranty: The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Warranty For A Period Of Min. 60 Months For The Subject Of The Contract, Excluding Systems And Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, For Which The Manufacturer Grants. In The Case Of Systems And Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, The Warranty Period Applies In Accordance With The Terms Of The Manufacturers Warranty, But Not Less Than 36 Months. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant Min. 5 Years Of Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract. Detailed Warranty And Warranty Conditions Are Determined By The Draft Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Attached Documentation Covering The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Project Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Values, Technical Knowledge, Construction Art, Construction Law And Other Applicable Regulations, Including In Particular With The Principles Of Ensuring Availability In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Access To Persons With Special Needs, Others Related To The Subject Of The Contract. The Attached Documentation Is Subject To Mandatory Verification By The Contractor. This Does Not Exclude The Obligation To Perform Demolition And Accompanying Works, Without Which The Subject Of The Contract Could Not Achieve Readiness For Operation Without Reducing The Utility Value. 3. Documentation Can Only Be Used To Make An Offer And Correct Order Valuation. Cannot Be Used For Another Purpose. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Documentation, Check Its Completeness And Verify It To Read The Terms Of The Implementation And Include Them In The Valuation And Date Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Contractor Should Clarify Any Doubts With The Employer At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer, In The Mode Specified In This Specification. 6. The Price Specified In The Offer For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is A Flat -Rate Price That Is Not Subject To Verification, As A Consequence Of Which The Need To Perform Additional Works, Without Which The Subject Of The Contract Could Not Be Carried Out, And Which The Contractor Has Not Foreseen Before The Amount Of Remuneration - It Will Not Constitute Grounds For Increasing The Price Specified In The Offer, Subject To The Contract Attached To The Swz, The Contract Attached To Swz.
