The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Water Supply System In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Notification Of The Commander Of The Municipal State Fire Service (I.E. Retrofitting The Water Supply System Supplying Hydrants And Domestic Acceptance In The Priority Valve, Preventing Uncontrolled Water Outflow In The Event Of Damage To The Installation For Facilities) And Installation Works Related To The Replacement Of Piping Part Of The Existing Living Water Ring At Level -3 In The Building Of The Fryderyk Chopin University At Ul. Okólnik 2 In Warsaw. The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1. Execution Of The Inventory For The Purposes Of Construction Works Of The Existing Water Supply System At The Place Of Planned Mounting Of The Priority Valve. 2. Selection, Delivery And Assembly Of A Priority Valve With Appropriate Technical Parameters, Ensuring Proper Pressure And Power Priority. 3. Performing Necessary Demolition Works In The Field Of Sanitary And Assembly Installations (Hydraulic Connections, Welding Works, Accompanying Fittings). 4. Conducting Adjustment And Tightness Of The Installation After Assembly. 5. Development Of As -Built Documentation (Connection Diagram, Technical Data, Trial And Regulation Protocol). Initially, The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Transfer To The Ordering Party: • Construction Documentation, Including As -Built Documentation; • Performing Tests And Tests, If Such Will Prove Necessary During The Implementation Of Construction Works; • Guarantee. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Determined By: 1) Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract With Attachments; 2) Construction And Performance Project;
