A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Design Documentation And Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior), Which Constitute Attachments To Swz. The Order Includes The Renovation Of 7 Rooms (2 Rooms On The Ground Floor, 1 Room On The First Floor, 4 Rooms On The Second Floor), A Communication Route On The Second Floor And A Staircase Stretching From The Ground Floor To The Second Floor, With A Total Area Of 236.52 M2. Scope Of Work: • Disassembly Of Existing Floor And Terracotta Layers, • Disassembly Of Interior Door Wings, • Demolition Of Partition Walls, • Making Floors Made Of Terracotta Tiles, Or Polished Granite Tiles, • Making Wall Cladding, Or Painting Wall Surfaces With Emulsion Paints, • Installation Of A Suspended Ceiling Made Of Plasterboard Internal, • Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation With The Implementation Of Wall Furrows, The Location Of A New Wiring And The Installation Of New Sockets, Lighting Elements And Fans, • Reconstruction Of The Water-Sewage Installation Along With The Implementation Of Wall Furrows, Assembling A New Fittings And The Assembly Of Sanitary Supplies.
