The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Rooms At The Poviat Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Bartoszyce On The Plot With Registration Number 41/3, Precinct 0001, City Of Bartoszyce, Ul. General Bema 36. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Design Documentation And Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior), Which Constitute Attachments To Swz. The Order Includes The Renovation Of 7 Rooms (2 Rooms On The Ground Floor, 1 Room On The First Floor, 4 Rooms On The Second Floor), A Communication Route On The Second Floor And A Staircase Stretching From The Ground Floor To The Second Floor, With A Total Area Of ​​236.52 M2. Scope Of Work: • Disassembly Of Existing Floor And Terracotta Layers, • Disassembly Of Interior Door Wings, • Demolition Of Partition Walls, • Making Floors Made Of Terracotta Tiles, Or Polished Granite Tiles, • Making Wall Cladding, Or Painting Wall Surfaces With Emulsion Paints, • Installation Of A Suspended Ceiling Made Of Plasterboard Internal, • Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation With The Implementation Of Wall Furrows, The Location Of A New Wiring And The Installation Of New Sockets, Lighting Elements And Fans, • Reconstruction Of The Water-Sewage Installation Along With The Implementation Of Wall Furrows, Assembling A New Fittings And The Assembly Of Sanitary Supplies. The Contractor Selected To Perform The Contract Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Employer, Within 5 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Renovation Work Plan Not Colliding With The Continuity Of The Functioning Of The Psp Poviat Headquarters In Bartoszyce And Obtain Its Acceptance. In Connection With The Above, In The Event Of Not Granting The Contracting Authority Of Public Funds From The Abovementioned Program, The Ordering Party Will Annul The Proceedings In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Pzp.2 Act. The Contracting Authority Determines The Requirements Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 Labor Code (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). 3.
