Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Rescue Equipment For The Needs Of The Provincial Ambulance Station In Rzeszów

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Complete, Suitable For Use, Free Of Physical And Legal Defects, As Well As Allowed For Marketing And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Rescue Equipment With Medical Equipment Divided Into Parts For The Provincial Emergency Station In Rzeszów On The Principles Set Out In Rzeszów. The Orders Were Divided Into 4 Parts: Part 1: Defibrillator With The Base - 3 Pcs; 2. Deliveries Must Be Carried Out With An Appropriate Means Of Transport And Secured For Transport- As Required For Products. The Date Of Delivery Of The Ordered Assortment Up To 14 Business Days Including The Order Placed. 3. The Products Offered By The Contractor Must Be Approved For Trading And Application In Poland And Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish And European Regulations Regarding Their Composition, Production And Application. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With Information In Polish Containing The Manufacturers Data. 5. All Offered Products That Are Medical Devices Must Have Current Documents Allowing Them To Trading And Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of 07.04.2022 On Medical Devices (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620) And Its Executive Provisions (If The Law Imposes The Obligation To Have Such Documents.
