    The Subject Of The Order Is The Winter Maintenance Of Poviat And Voivodship Roads Administered And Maintained By The Poviat Road Administration In Częstochowa In The Winter Season 2025/2026 In Road Region No. 1 In Rudniki. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Maintenance Of Poviat And Voivodship Roads For The Winter Period Adapted To The Task Described In Point 18.2.2. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Provisions In Force In This Respect. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Documentation:- Detailed Technical Specifications Of D-06/01/96.- List Of Poviat And Voivodship Roads Covered By Winter Maintenance In Road Region No. 1- Rudniki,- Resolution Of The Board Of The Śląskie Voivodeship On The Standards Of Winter Maintenance Of Provincial Roads. 4. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Obtain All Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Sign The Contract. 5. Maintenance Of Pavements, E.G. At Provincial Roads: A) There Are No Hardware Requirements For Maintaining Pavements. The Contractor Himself Decides What Equipment He Will Maintain The Sidewalks, E.G. Handmade, Sweeper, Light Tractor With A Plow, B) For Removing Snow From Pavements Along With Conventions, There Are No Hardware Requirements. The Contractor Himself Decides What Equipment He Will Perform The Service, I.E. Pushing The Snow In The Sidewalk Of The Pavement Along With Exits Into The Roadside Ditch Or With Large Quantities, Loading And Snow Removal With Utilization.
