    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of A Development Of Multi -Branch Project Documentation For The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Municipal Building In The Wejherowo Commune. 2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) Performance Of The Basic Order (Hereinafter: Basic Order) Covering The Implementation Of Project Documentation Together With The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, Allowing The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled Construction Of A Municipal Building In The Wejherowo Commune, 2) Performance Of An Optional Order (Hereinafter Referred To As: Option) Consisting In Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Project Documentation Referred To In Point 1). 3. The Purchaser Will Be Entitled To Submit A Statement On Using The Option Or Part Of It During The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Employer May Not Use The Option Or Use The Options To The Part -Time, And The Contractors In This Respect Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Contracting Authority. 4. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option Provided That The Financial Resources In The Budget Or The Many Years Of Financial Forecast Of The Employer, In The Amount Corresponding To The Operated Scope Of The Option. 5. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Terms Of Its Implementation And The Obligations Of The Contractor Include: 1) The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Ppu), Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.2) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Opz) Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.
