Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Playground At The Nursery Joyful Baby In Witnica As Part Of The Active Playgrounds Program 2025

1) The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Involving The Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Playground At The Joyful Baby Nursery In Witnica As Part Of The Active Playgrounds 2025 Program, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Certified Play Equipment As Well As The Performance Of The Surface And Other Elements In Accordance With The Design Documentation. Annexes No. 1 To Swz.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Document From The Control Control Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground With Pn-En 1176 Or Pn-En 1177 Standards, Carried Out By An Independent, Specialized Control Unit That Was Not Directly Involved In Assembly And Is Not Responsible For Any Repair Work Or Related Costs. The Document From The Inspection Must Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025. All Work And The Equipment Of The Playground Completed And Installed Must Meet The Requirements Of Pn-En 1176 Or Pn-En 1177 Standards. The Control Document Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party At The Latest Before Receipt Of The Final Receipt Of The Investment. Note The Contractor Is Incurred, It Will Be Necessary To Perform The Necessary Repair Work By The Contractor (At Its Own Expense), Then Undergo Re-Inspection In Order For The Contractor To Obtain A Document From The Control Control Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground Or Surface With The Pn-En 1176 Or Pn-En 1177 (Certificate). 4) In Each Case Of Use In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Technical Assessments, Technical Specification, Technical Specification And Systems In The Description Technical References Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such Reference Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. 5) In The Case Of Use In Documents References To Norms, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By A Or Equivalent Word.
