Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Playground At The Public Nursery In Stężyca Cologne

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Bound By The Reconstruction Of The Playground On Plot No. 94/3 Of Stężyca Kolonia As Part Of The Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The Playground At The Public Nursery In Stężyca Cologne. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction And Assembly Works In The Range: 2.1. Execution Of The Surface From The Hypertrophic Mat, 2.2. Disassembly And Re -Assembly Of Play Devices (In The Scope Of Zg.Z With Documentation), 2.3. Delivery And Assembly Of Play Equipment And Small Architecture (In The Scope Of Zg. With Documentation), 2.4. Playground Fence. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By: 3.1. Design Documentation Annex 7 To Swz.3.2. Stwior - Annex 8 To Swz.4. Requirements For The Subject Of The Contract: 4.1. Play Devices And Surface-Hypertrophic Mat-Should Be Able To Find Appropriate Certificates Of Compliance With Standards, Including Standards From Grupapn-En 1176 Playgrounds And Surfaces And Pn-En 1177 Playgrounds Of Playgrounds Cushioning Falls Or Equivalent. Certificates Should Be Issued By A Certification Unit Possessing The Polish Accreditation Center In The Subject Area 4.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Employer Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract: 4.2.1. Detailed List Of Play Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Provision Of Their Manufacturer, Exchanges, Material Specifications And Model, 4.2.2. Certificates Of Compliance With Pn-En 1176 Standards Equipment Of Playgrounds And Surfaces And Pn-En 1177 Playgrounds Of Playgrounds Cushioning Falls-Or Equivalent, Issued By A Certification Unit With Accreditation Of The Polish Center For Accreditation In The Area, 4.2.3. It Is Allowed To Use Play Equipment And Small Architecture Elements To Indicated In The Project Documentation. The Employer Will Consider Devices With Exchanges +/- 10% (Smaller Or Larger) From The Dimensions Indicated In The Project Documentation As Equivalent. The Height Of The Device May Be 10 Cm Smaller Than The Provided, Provided That The Requirements For Suppressing The Fall By The Pavement Provided For In The Project On The Playground.
