1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of The Floor Covering In The Cinema Room, Renovation Of Sanitary Rooms And The Development Of The Surroundings Of The Rybak Cinema Building In Łeba With The Reconstruction Of The External Stairs. 2. The Order Should Be Completed In Accordance With Swz Entries And Design Documentation Entitled Renovation Of Cladding And Sanitary Rooms Together With The Development Of The Surroundings Of The Rybak Cinema Building In Łeba, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz. The Design Documentation Includes: 2.1. Construction Project Of Renovation. 2.2. Executive Project Of Renovation. 2.3. Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works.2.4. Bill Of Quantity. 2.5. Letter Of 29.09.2023 Reference Number B.6743.581.2023.Al Of The Lębork Staroste About The Lack Of A Notification Of The Scope Of Works Presented In The Construction Project. 3. The Contract In Particular Includes: 3.1. Making The Door Opening To The Wc 3.2 Room. Renovation Of Two Sanitary Rooms Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building At The Main Entrance 3.3. Replacement Of The Floor Covering In The Cinema Room. 3.4. Renovation Of Two Sanitary Rooms Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building On The Back Room Of The Cinema. 3.5. Renovation Of The Sanitary Room Located On The First Floor Of The Building. 3.6. Demolition Of Parking Pavement And Execution Of The Parking Lot And External Entrance Stairs To The Cinema With A Driveway For The Disabled. 3.7. Reconstruction Of External Stairs Leading To The Facilities Of The Cinema. 4. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 4.1. The Contractor Will Perform And Place In The Investment (On The Facade Of The Building) At The Time Of The Start Of Construction Works 1 Information Board, The Pattern Of Which Must Be Consistent With The Guidelines Indicated In The Book Of Visual Identity Of The Brand European Funds 2021-2027 Constituting Annex 9. The Place Of Assembly Of The Board Will Be Indicated By The Employer. Before Assembly, The Content Of The Board Must Be Approved By The Contracting Authority. In The Event Of Damage To The Board During The Implementation Of Construction Works Or Concluding An Annex To The Contract, Resulting In The Need To Update The Data On The Information Board, The Contractor Will Perform And Place A New Information Board On The Facade Of The Building. 4.2. In The Toilet For People With Special Needs, The Installation Should Be Mounted On The Assignment Of Optical And Sound Assistance. 4.3. The Cladding In Sanitary Facilities Should Be Made Taking Into Account The Needs Of People With Special Needs, I.E. Behind The Toilet Bowl And Sink, Make A Glaze In Contrasting Colors. 4.4.
