1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity - Delivery With The Distribution Service - In The Period From 01.01.2026. Until 31/12/2026 - Up To 41 Ppe.2. The Total Estimated Volume Of Electricity Constituting The Subject Of The Contract - Approx. 633 610 Kwh. 3. The Forecast Amount Of Electricity, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract, Is Approximate And May Differ From The Actually Collected During The Contract. The Contractor Should Take Into Account Possible Fluctuations In Electricity Consumption. The Reduction Or Increase In The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Attract Any Consequences For The Contracting Authority (Recipients), Except For The Need To Pay For The Amount Of Energy Actually Collected.
