The Subject Of The Contract Is To Develop Draft Decisions To Determine The Building Conditions And The Decision To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment And The Change Of Projects Of The Abovementioned Decisions For Areas Located In The Trzebownisko Commune. The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes Draft Decision To Refuse To Determine The Building Conditions And Refuse To Decide To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment. The Work Of The Work Includes: 1) Preparation: A) Decisions On Determining Building Conditions - Assumed Quantity - 950 Projects; B) Draft Decision On The Location Of Public Purpose Investment - The Amount Of: 50 Projects; C) Projects Of Changes To Decisions On Determining Building Conditions - Assumed Number: 20 Projects; 20 Projects; 2) Analysis And Results Of Analysis Of The Conditions And Rules For Developing The Area And Its Development Resulting From Separate Provisions As Well As The Facts And Legal Status Of The Area,] On Which The Investment Is Expected; 3) Each Indication Of The Bodies Referred To In Article 53 (4), Article 60, Article 64 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, Which Should Be Applied For The Agreement Of The Draft Decision; 4) Draft Of The Decisions Of Comments And Findings Arising From The Arrangements Of The Authorities To Prepare The Decision For Issuing; 5) Improving The Draft Decision, In The Event Of Refusal To Agree The Draft Decision Due To The Improper Provisions Contained In It; 6) Preparing Draft Decisions Refusing To Determine The Conditions Of Development Or Decision To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment, In The Event Of A Statement After The Analysis, In Question, There Is No Possibility.
