1. Order Name: Receipt, Transport And Development Of Stable Municipal Sewage Sludge From The Area Of ​​Sewage Treatment Plants Administered By The Gielniów Commune. 2. The Scope Of The Service Includes: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In The Reception, Transport And Management Of The Sediment From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Gielniów.2) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Export And Manage Excessive Sludge In An Estimated Amount Of A Total Of Approx. 3T/Day, Coming From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Gielniów. 3) Mg Of Settlement. The Hydration Of The Sediment Is About 75 ÷ 80%. The Sediment Is Hygienized With Lime. 4) The Purchaser Reserves That The Amount Given Is An Estimated Value And Has The Right To Reduce (By Max. 30%) Of The Material Scope Without The Possibility Of Making Claims Against The Contracting Authority In This Respect. 6) Approximate Frequency Of Deportation Of The Settlement In Accordance With The Demand Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Will Be Notified By The Need To Export The Sediment By Phone Or Electronically At Least One -Week In Advance. 3. Settlement For Pickup Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Waste Transfer Card, Conducted In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), For The Month In Which The Service Was Performed. 4. The Sediment Will Take Place Within 3 Business Days Of Notification Of The Contractor And Will Be Implemented In The Presence Of A Treatment Plant Employee 5. Before Traveling To The Place Of Receipt Of The Sludge, As Well As After Receiving The Vehicle They Will Be Transported, It Will Be Weighed By The Car Weight In The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 6. It Is Recommended To Carry Out A Detailed Vision Of The Local Place Of Service To Obtain The Necessary Information To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract. Each Of The Contractors Bears Full Responsibility For The Effects Of Lack Or Misleading The Terms Of The Contract And The Condition Of The Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. When The Excessive Sediments From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Gielniów, The Contractor Becomes Its Owner. 8. The Deportation And Development Of Sediments From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Gielniów Is To Take Place In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Provisions: 1) Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended); 2) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of 6 February 2015 On Municipal Sewage Sludge (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 23); 3) Of The Act Of 27 April 2001 Of The Environmental Protection Law (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended). Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Entire Order Cannot Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor. The Contracting Authority Allows The Performance Of Part Of The Contract With The Participation Of A Subcontractor Only
