    Part 1: Purchase And Delivery Of Road Salt With Loose 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Road Salt, A Stone Loose Up To 125 Mg. Road Salt Should Be 0-5 Mm Fraction, Nacl Content Min. 90%, Content H20 Max. 3%. Salt Should Have A Crystalline, Unmeasurable, Loose, White Or White Color With A Natural Gray Or Pink Shade. Salt Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-86/C-84081/02 Standard. The Order Of The Contract Must Have A Quality Document Attached To Each Delivery. Settlement For The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On The Basis Of Weight Reports. The Contractor, By Providing Loose Materials, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract, Is Obliged To Weigh Vehicles On The Legalized Weight Of The Contracting Authority On The Plot 1912/1 In Łąck (Pszok) As Follows: 1) Before The Start Of The Unloading Of Loose Materials - Full Vehicle, 2) After Unloading Loose Materials - A Empty Vehicle From Each Weighing, The Converter Will Make A Weight Report, Which Is An Attachment. To Swz.Miejse, The Delivery Of Materials: Plot 1617/10 In Łąck Or 1912/1 In Łąck.Transport Road Salt Is Provided By The Contractor At His Own Expense And Risk.
