The Subject Of The Order Are Services Related To The Winter Maintenance Of Poviat Roads In The Kościan Poviat In The 2025/2026.1 Season. Roads Included In Standard V - With A Total Length Of 96.534 Km. Roads Included In Standard Vi - With A Total Length Of 87.642 Km. The Technical Converter Is Obliged To Maintain The Equipment And Means Of Transport, Along With The Service Provided For The Service. The Active Action Will Start When The Employers Acceptance Of The Need To Go To The Work Of The Equipment Directly On The Path Reported By The Contractor On Duty Via A Mobile Phone. The Start Of The Active Action Results In The End Of The Passive Action. Passive Action: It Consists In Leaving The Equipment With The Operator In Full Readiness, On The Duty Duty And Patrolling The Roads, To Take An Active Action. The Transition Of Active Action To The Passive Action Will Take Place After The Contracting Authority Issued As A Result Of Specific Weather Factors.
