Part 1 - Rtv/Household Appliances, The Remaining Equipment The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery, Assembly And Setting Of Elements Of The Nursery Equipment As Part Of The Task Entitled Adaptation With The Reconstruction Of The Part Of The Building Located At Ul. Sikorskiego 21D In Biała Piska To Create A Nursery Under The Active Maluch Program 2022-2029. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Part 1 - Includes Annex No. 9 The Nursery Is Planned To Create 30 Care Places For Children Under 3 Years Of Age. Including Annex 8 To This Swz. 21D, 12-230 Piska, During The Working Hours Of The Office, I.E. 7:00-15:00. By A Specific Contractor (Own Names) To The Standards, European Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Referred To In Article 101 Para. Specifications, Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Own Name, Norm, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. 9. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require That The Subject Of The Contract Be Carried Out Using The Iprodukt Materials Indicated By The Name, But Only That They Would Be Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Utility And Operational Parameters, I.E. In Particular They Would Ensure That Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Founded In This Swz. The Materials And Devices Used Should Be Allowed To Trade And Use In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Recement Act On July 7, 1994 Construction Law. The Material (Product) Or Equivalent Device Must Ensure The Achievement Of The Same Technological, Performance And Functional Level Assumed In The Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; The Material Or Equivalent Device Must Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Assumed; Equivalent Materials And Devices Must Be Approved For Collection And Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; (In Particular With The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Construction Products). 10. The Investment Is Co-Financed From The National Plan For Rebuilding And Increasing Resistance Under The Development Program For Child Care Institutions Under 3 Active Toddler 2022-2029.
