The Subject Of The Contract Is Developing Project Documentation For The Land Development Around The Narrow Gauge Railway Station In Kańczuga • The Study Will Include Parts Of Plot No. 1835/5 Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Located Next To The Pkd Station In Kańczuga • Area And Facilities Are Covered By The Care Of The Conservator Of Monuments And Entered In The Register Of Monuments. • The Contractor Will Obtain All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Consent And Building Permit. If For The Investment In Question, It Is Not Required To Obtain An Environmental Decision And Polish Waters Decisions Then Draw Up An Project Information Card, Completes And Submit An Application For A Declaration To The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection (Rdoś), And An Application For A Declaration To The Polish Water Water Farm. Pursuant To The Regulations For The Recruitment Of Applications, Adapting A Given Object To The Needs Of Disabled People Should Be Understood As As An Object That Was Equipped As Part Of The Project With Special Ramps, Elevators, Hands -Free Devices, Or Other Amenities (I.E. Removing Barriers In Access, In Particular Architectural Barriers), Facilitating Access To These Objects And Moving After Them With Disabilities, In Particular Movement Or Sensory. The Objects Should Be Understood As Constructions Connected To The Ground In A Permanent Manner, Made Of Building Materials And Components, Resulting From Construction Works (According To Pkob) • Details Are Set Out In The Attached Documentation Entitled Project For The Development Of Part Of The Plot No. 1835/5 Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Located Next To The Pkd Station In Kańczuga To Which The Decision Of The Monument Conservator Was Obtained. This Study Is A Starting Material And Is The Basis For Preparing Full Documentation That Meets The Requirements Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Decision Along With Its Obtaining.
