Tenders Are Invited For Granting And Handling A Long -Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 5,000,000.00

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Granting And Service Of A Loan For The Dabrowa Commune In The Amount Of Pln 5,000,000. The Loan Service Should Be Understood As Activities Related To The Payment Of Capital Installments And Interest On The Loan. Credit Goal: Financing The Planned Budget Deficit Of The Dąbrowa Commune In 2025 And Repayment Of Previously Taken Out Liabilities From Loans. 2. The Loan Amount Will Be Made At The Disposal Of The Contracting Authority Within Three Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Launch A Loan In Tranches, Based On Payment Disposal. 3. For The Purposes Of Calculating The Costs Of Loan Service, The Employer Proposes The Following Tranches: 1St Tranche By November 15, 2025 In The Amount Of: 3,000,000,-The Tranche Until December 15, 2025 In The Amount Of: 2,000,000, -Zł4. The Contracting Authority Will Not Be Related To The Abovementioned Schedule During The Loan Period And Reserves The Right To Not Use The Loan In Full - Without Commission And Fees On This Account. 5. The Loan Capital Installments Will Be Repaid From March 31, 2026 To December 31, 2032 And Will Be Regulated In The Following Installments: A) In 2026: 4 Installments After Pln 125,000.00 (Annual Repayment Pln 500,000.00) B) In 2027: 4 Installments After Pln 125,000.00 (Annual Repayment Pln 500,000.00) C) (Annual Repayment Pln 1,000,000.00) D) In 2029: 4 Installments Pln 250,000.00 (Annual Repayment Pln 1,000,000.00) E) In 2030: 4 Installments For Pln 225,000.00 (Annual Repayment Pln 900,000.00) F) In 2031: 4 Installments Pln 150,000.00 (Annual Repayment Pln 600,000.00) G) In 2032: 4 Installments Pln 125,000.00 (Annual Repayment Pln 500,000.00) 6. In The Event That The Amount Of The Loan Taken Is Less Than Pln 5,000,000.00, The Repayment Schedule Will Be Properly Changed. 7. The Interest Will Be Repaired On The Monthly Periods On The Last Business Day Of The Month From The Month Of Launch And Tranche. Interest Will Be Calculated On The Actual Amount Of The Loan. The Interest Rate Will Be Based On The Wibor 3M Rate From The Last Business Day Of The Quarter And Enlarged By The Banks Margin. The Margin Is Constant Throughout The Loan Period.
