    The Hankówka Estate Is The Subject Of The Order: Winter Maintenance Of The Streets, Whose Manager Is The Mayor Of The City Of Jasło- Part 1 In Accordance With Annex 4 To The Contract Containing A List Of Streets Specifying Each Element In The Scope Of:- On Duty. He Reserves Use To Combat Slippery And Warehouses On The Streets Of 10 Percent Sand And Salt Mixture. In The Event Of Ice Nobry Or Icing, It Is Allowed To Use Changes In The Proportion Of The Mixture To Increase Its Effectiveness.- Winter Maintenance Of The Streets Will Be Carried Out On The Principles Of Permanent 24-Hour Duty (In A Day The Time Calculated From 0-24 Oclock Is Considered To Be, While Ensuring Equipment And People In The Quantity Guaranteeing The Correct Conduct Of The Action, Assuming That Starting Snow Removal And Liquidation Will Come From The Conditions Justifying Its Start And Will Be Conducted Continuously. The End Of The Action Should Take Place Within 4 Hours Of The Adverse Weather Conditions /Precipitation, Loguladz /.- The Scope Of Services Performed May Change. 2. In The Event Of Damage To Third Parties As A Result Of Non -Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Winter Maintenance Service, The Contractor Will Cover The Full Amount Of Damage. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Should Conclude Relevant Contracts With The Selected Insurance Company.
