Element I-East Center 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Winter Maintenance Of Pavements, Pedestrian Routes And Squares In The City Of Jasło In Accordance With Annex 4 To Swz Containing A List Of Pavements, Pedestrian Routes And Squares Specifying Each Element, In The Scope Of:  On Duty, Snow Removal And Removal Of Slippery In The Period Of Snowfall And Slices Using Mechanical Equipment And Hand-Held Equipment,  Cleaning Of The Rods, Pedestrian And Squares In The Absence Of Snowfall, Including Sand Removal,  Removing Snow And Elimination Of Slipperyness At Pedestrian Crossings,  Winter Maintenance Of Stops, Maintaining Cleanliness. 2. Winter Maintenance Of Pavements, Pedestrian Routes And Squares Should Be Carried Out With The Help Of Mechanical Equipment And Manually, The Fighting Of Slippery Should Be Carried Out With The Help Of Reinforcing Materials: Sand, A Mixture Of Sand-Salt 10 Percent. In The Event Of Ice Or Icing, It Is Allowed To Use Changes In The Proportion Of The Mixture To Increase Its Effectiveness. 3. The Service Contractor Will Proceed To Snow Removal And Eliminate Slippery Immediately At The Time Of The Conditions Justifying Their Start And Will End Them Within 4 Hours Of Their Resignation. 4. In The Absence Of Rainfall, The Contractor Will Start Cleaning The Handle Of Pavements, Pedestrian Routes And Squares /Maintenance Of Cleanliness /.5. The Scope Of Services Performed May Change In The Event Of An Increase Or Reduction In The Number Of Pavements, Pedestrian Routes And Squares Whose Winter Maintenance Is The Duty Of The Employer. 6. In The Event Of Damage To Third Parties As A Result Of Non -Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Winter Maintenance Service, The Contractor Will Cover The Full Amount Of Damage. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Should Conclude Relevant Contracts With The Selected Insurance Company. 7. The Performance Of The Contract Must Be Done Using At Least Two Vehicles From The Płuda-Piasarka.
